Nolv HELP!

i just bought some ar-r nolv. im running 400mg sust wk and 300mg deca wk. would 10mg daily be enough?

When is best to take the nolv?

in the am or pm?

with meals?

it will be enough. take 20 if you want , if you dont have it 10 would be enough.
I'm taking 10 right now but to be honest I would rather have 20 all the time.
Like to take it first thing with my claritin.

i ussualy take 10mg daily in the morning with breakfast, in orange juice to knock the bad taste out. if i get itchy or sore nips, then i would up the dose to 20 -40mg...some people take up to 80mg at the first sign of gyno....but 10-20mg daily should be fine

ditto on the 10mg a day......if u feel discomfort, just up it to 20-40 like they said
