Delt Injection, blood everywhere?

Hey bros i just hit up my delts like 10 mins ago, halfway when iw as inejcting my deltoid was twitching really badly. but i aspirated and just a bubble of air came in so i inejcted my eq into the delt, when i pulled out blood went everywhere. Am i okay gu ys or what? Thanks

im not worried about the twitching as much as the river that flowed out of my shoulder for a good minute. lol

Twitching is likely from hitting a nerve. You may be slightly more sore than usual, so dont be worried.

In the future, if the muscles start twitching when the needle is put in, pull out and inject somewhere else. i made the mistake of injecting anyhow, and my arm would go hurt like hell and tingle as the pressure from the juice would irritate the nerve. just my .02
