i tried searching for whether there is an optimal time to take ancillaries (specifically nolvadex and armidex) - ie first thing in morning, late at night etc....
or does it just have to be at a fixed time each day?
any ideas?

Just take them in the morning. They have pretty long half lifes so it really doesn't matter.
