    period between cycle and pct

    ay guys please help me out!!! what do you take during the 2 week period between coming off your cycle and pct?

    this is why i always switch from test E to prop towards the end of my cycle, then you will only have 3 days to PCT.

    this bridge stuff makes no sense to me because the reason you wait for pct is b/c esters like test e or the esters in sustanon has a half life of 2-3 weeks therefore you will still have the test in you system 2-3 weeks after last injection, leaving no reason for adding anything else until pct

    im running 3g of tirb ED and when pct starts ill bump up to 5g.

    yeah, but your test lvls will be dropping, and by the end of the 2nd week they are crazy low. Adding prop gives you steady high lvls of test until pct...
