PPWO meal

I heard that your PPWO meal should be an hour after your PWO meal. Is this true?

My PWO is at 7:15p and my PPWO is at 9pm personally.

IMO, I find it best to seperate PWO from PPWO by 1hr 9min

Whatever floats your boat! I usually eat mine 50 mins to 1 hr 15 mins after PWO shake.

lol, yea... I really dont have an EXACT time of when i eat my ppwo, somewhere along the same time window as you, i was just messin around.
