    Insomnia

Does Test E or Eq cause insomnia? My friend and I have both been experiencing it. Also, my friend got blood work done and there was possible liver damage. Could this be from previous years of college drinking or from either the test or eq? Thanks, Doc.

When I first go on I always have a hell of a time trying to sleep, tossing and turning all night. And then there's the lovely night sweats.

I luck out bro... no insomnia for me. But if I were you i'd give more natural remedies a try, valarian root, melatonin (like bigjohn said). If you take sedative **** (tylenol pm, nyquil, sleeping pills) your body has trouble hitting REM sleep, and shallow sleep = ****ty mindset.

Your liver values will show high because of the increased nitrogen balance and the high amounts of protein. If you eat like a bodybuilder, you will never get a normal reading. You actually have to drop to a normal persons crappy intake for 2 weeks for your levels to be read correct.
However, it depends if he is on orals also. They will increase values too!

I never sleep well for about the first 4 weeks of a cycle. The liver values are due to the nitrogen balance and college binge drinking probably has a lot to do with it.

Colloge binge drinking would do it. I binged in college. Years later I found I had done a small amount of damage to my liver.
You really need to have done a blood test prior to taking your cycle to know for sure. This would have given you a normal indicator in comparison to regular blood tests that you SHOULD be doing once a month on your cycle as a safety precaution!
Do another blood test in a month and then compare the two. If it's getting worse than you know it's the test or something else is going on.
