I just talked to this trainer that does body building shows and he told me that I should drink a couple weight gainer AND a protien shakes per day if I'm trying to put on mass (that's what he does). Now my question is, would it be smart to take both of those while on a bulking diet and taking 500mg of test per week (I'm in week 5 of my 10 week cycle) Thanks for any help bros
