You need alot more protein, carbs, and fats. Read the sticky about the unofficial bulking diet. You need to eat a **** load. Especailly of you are looking to gear up.

At 17 years of age, "gearing up" to go backpacking is the only gear he should be utilizing.

i was just worried about the cals seeing how i have a high tendancy to pack on fat in my stomach area. i am an endomorph how much more protein, carbs and fat do you sugest? and what does gearing up mean..i thought that gear was steroids....

Read, absorb, apply, and you'll have a pretty solid approach!

U can post your final works here for general critique in the forum.

yep i got it all figured out..dnt see that spread sheet the first time but its awesome, but just wanted to know,,further into my bulk i would be gaining weight so i assume you increase everything as your maintenance would be cal would be higher. il just plug in the new weight into the spreadsheet and adjust my food intake.

That's far from a true bulking diet. That would be more of a lean mass diet for me..
