Well I want to cut some weight. I havent seen my ABs in like 5 years and I think its about time they come out and play agian. I currently weigh about 215 and would like to cut to 190 or so. I am 5'8". I used the Harris- Benedict formula to figure out my calorie intake. This is what I got:
2626 Kcal's a day
328g Protein yeilding 1313 Kcals
102g Fat yeilding 919 Kcals
98g Carbs yeilding 394 Kcals
The ratio is 50/35/15
Does that sound about right?
I am working on my diet now and will post it along with my cardio routine.
