Novladex dosages?

What is the recommended dose of novladex ed if you are taking 500mg - 750mg of test a week?

10 mgED...if you start to develop gyno symptoms, bump it up to 80mgED till symptoms subside, then drop back to 20mgED...may want to consider adding some letrozole or L-dex...good luck...

how will we know if we are developing gyno.

if someone triys to sell you a bra.... sore or itchy nipples or both

Good info already said but I agree, 10ed. If your nips start to get sore then kick the Nolvadex up to 60-80ed until it goes away. At that point, stay at 20ed though PCT. I know this was said, just wanted to back it up.
