3 flax seed oil softgels
DONT USE THE GEL CAPS, USE 1TBSP OF OIL, IT TAKES ABOUT 14 CAPS TO EQUAL 1 TBSP.
MEAL 3: 8oz Chicken
8oz sweet Potato
GO DOWN TO THE CHANGES I SUGGESTED IN MEAL 5 AND THEN SWITCH TOSE 2 MEALS AROUND
MEAL 4: 1.5 cans tuna
4 rice cakes w/ PB&J
NO J AND BREAD, JUST THE TUNA AND PB. MMMMBOY
MEAL 5: 1.5 can tuna OR 8 egg white
