    Is green tea good when on a cutting diet

    What kind of green tea is good when on a cutting diet. And how does it help .

    "Research suggests that supplementing with green tea can raise your resting metabolic rate by 3%. In order to get this benefit you must have about about 3 glasses a day. If you have a bmr of 2000 or so that means 60 extra calories a day. Why do you see so few obese Asians. Its not the kung-fu. It's the green tea!"

    What is better get the green tea teabags or going to the the store and buying it ready to drink. Please help What kind is good please name them

    Either way it's still green tea (although I've only ever made mine from teabags)... most brands are the same pretty much from what I've seen (grocery stores everywhere have it)...green tea extract that's in pill form may be more convenient for you though....

    If i get the teabags do i add any sugar or just hot water and drink it and does it taste good when it is cold.

    Do you really have to ask this question?
    You don't have to add anything.... it's up to you, but since you're cutting... why would you add sugar to it?
    Add some splenda if you wish though...
    I usually drink mine cold btw... even if you don't like the taste... just down it...

    Put some lemon juice in it dude, it will taste a ton better!

    i hear lemon juice tightens the skin, so added it might be benificial!
