dont flex.. inect into a relaxed muscle
yea i wouldnt flex when injecting either
yeah, definately relax
I've done it both ways, flexing seems to make it more of a painful post injection..
check out www.spotinjections.com, they do both!
Never inject in a flexed muscle!!!!

Relax, take a deep breath and shoot! No worries, check spotinjections.com
This is why I asked there are three different ways and in 2 he is flexing. It is difficult to penetrate the biceps when it is relaxed. If it is flexed youcan go straight in with the needle. 30 mins ago I put .5mlof tren and .5 ml of sus in my right bicep, which is my weaker one, and it is starting to hurt a little. Although I did move the needle around while inside the muscle. I will see tomorrow if it is sore or not. It was relaxed when I pushed it is and injected.Originally Posted by smegs
Let me phrase the question differently. I done it both ways flexed and relaxed. I try and tense it a little bit but not completly flexed, it just depends on the person. I find it easier when my friend does it for me! Hopefully it won't hurt much longer than a day or so.
I have never injected into a flexed muscle. I'm too much of a pussy to do that.![]()
even in the pictures on spotinjections they are not necissarily flexing they just have bent their arms like they would when making a muscle, to shorten it and make it taller for injecting
this makes sense.Originally Posted by bullram
You dont want to shoot into a flexed muscle think about it when you flex your muscle is hard when your not flexed your muscle is soft it is easier to get into something soft then into something hard make sense?
Always relax never flex...
