Isn't the point of having natural peanut butter to avoid hydrogenated oils? And isnt the point of avoiding the oils so that you can avoid trans fat?
So I have 2 questions...I looked at a container of JIF and some Adams natural PB, and they both say they have 2% or less of partially hyrogenated oils, but then GIF also has some fully hydrogenated ones. Shouldnt the adams have no hydrogenated oils at all?
And they both have 0 trans fat, so I dont really see much difference between adams and JIF, other then adams has slightlly more calories, salt, one more gram of fat, and one gram less of protein.
