I made good gains on Optimum Nutritions Serious Mass. I only ran a mile after a work out and gained like five pounds off that stuff and kept it.
Im not sure what the stuff is called but it's available from the U.S. and it takes 6 days to get through customs because it's that strong. Il ask a mate of mine and see if he knows what it's called. I think it gives you something like 1600 calories. Or you could just goto Peakfitenss.co.uk or workoutworld
just check out the bulking sticky, no need for costly sh*tty weight gainers

i agree just eat plenty of clean whole foods and you should be packing lean mass soon if you are dedicated and consistentOriginally Posted by dalcowbag
I wouldn't want to ingest anything that has 1600 calories.Originally Posted by Chemical King
Dextrose added to protein is a LESS THAN IDEAL idea at any other time other than pwo.
Unless you purposely want to add adipose tissue, reduce insulin sensitivity, and cause blood sugar swings, I'd find cleaner, more wholesome foods.

I know what yall say about GNC stuff but the "weight gainer 2200 gold" gave me 14lbs (not of muscle) in weeks. It has 2200 cal and 50g protein. Good for bulking i guess....
Really? Good if it gave you 14 lbs. of "not muscle".

well im really wanting to gain muscle of course, but some fat wont hurt. but i am a hard gainer
I love when people say they are a hard gainer.
How do you really know that you are?
Seriously? I don't even see a dietary layout presented that you have been following for a 6 month period or so that is accurate for your stats, that would lead us to believe that you do fall under this category.
Truth is, hardgainers CAN gain, it's just that they usually do not utilize the correct approaches. You kind of make it sound as if you are such an extreme hardgainer, that you are literally a "no-gainer".
Post your approaches bro.

That's why you can't see it and it's confusing.
