Whats up guys, i gotta do a show(not bodybuilding) on new years eve, and right now my bf is a little too high for me to do my show. Im 5'7 170lbs at about 10-11%bf. I have three weeks to reach my goal with a sick diet. This is my plan of attack.
wk1-3- Prop 75mg/d
wk1-3 winny pills 30mg/d
Goals- stay 170lbs or gain 1-5lbs but decrease my bodyfat to about 7-8%.
My diet is going to be on the dot, high protein, low-moderate carbs, low-moderate fat
Cardio- 5 days a week for 45 minutes on emtpy stomach
what do you guys think, Possible or not???
