It would be much appreciated anyone who will take the time to help me.
Soon I will be doing my first test cycle of 500mgs/wk for 10 weeks. I have nolva on hand and some topical stuff for my hair.
Now...I am 5'8, 22 years old. And I weigh 180lbs. I am about 15% bodyfat or so and I cut a little earlier (i used to be more). But I am very ancy to start this cycle I really cant wait. Is there any type of diet I can go by to maybe gain the most possible muscle while hopefully maintaining (or losing which would be even better) my bodyfat?
Like could somebody reccomend me calories/carbs/ etc. that I should be taking in during this cycle for those goals to be achieved. I dont want this to be a "cutting" cycle but I dont want to gain any fat or really as little as possible.
