Problem With My Liquid Tamox

When I grabbed the bottle it had about a quarter of an inch of solid on the bottom. I shook it up and it looks like small crystals. I've tried to attach it but for some reason I am unable to.

I purchased this about 3 months ago. My question is, is this normal. Should I worry about it?

Heat up a cup of water in the micro for like 2 mins drop the bottle of tomax in the water and let it sit swirling it every so often. It just crashed happened to mine no biggie

Same deal here on the last batch of torem, even after heating it will not stay suspended..no biggie I just shake it up before dosing to mix the solids evenly.
