This post is for experienced people, I'm a complete newbie to cycling, but these are my goals. I'm 5'11" 195 right now, I've probably got about 10lbs of fat that I want to take off of me in the next month, while gaining muscle. I am willing to do whatever it takes to reach these goals and I will do whatever it takes to maintain my muscle afterwards.
