    Cycle related-

    I will start my cycle Jan.1, I have a very clean diet, and have trained HARD for at least 4 yrs. I, do however, have a very low metabolism. I have played with my diet and have found these results. 1200 cal/day + cardio = lean within 4-5 wks.( almost contest prep.) 1800 cal/day. Beginning to lean out, but can still make small muscle gains. 2500+ - excessive adipose tissue buildup. Keep in mind that this IS steroid related- cuz I would like suggestions about daily caloric intake. I am thinking of keeping it around 2300 cal/day. *Note* my diet for the last 4 yrs. been low carb,moderate fat, and high protien. I read tons of info about guys consuming 4000-5000 cal/day while on cycle, but this seems doubtful. I would love any and all comments
