all i use is solid whey. i have tasted 100% before but it doesn't compare to solid. Plus you can get 10lbs of solid for 36 bucks!!!! If your having a hard time getting it to go down you can go to www.solidmuscle.com and click on recipes. they are pretty simple and make a world of difference if you have problems with taste.

OP nutrition and Solid whey are almost identical in everything taste mixing and protiens and so forth.

I cant use eighter except a few scoops a week or i start to fart like ** all day long.

I been useing HDTs 5+1 whey taste great mixes well and 2 bottles are only 8 bucks more than Solid whey at allsportsnutrition.

I also am testing some AllTheWhey right now im pretty sure its giving me gas from a off/on perspective stuff would be a great replacement since ProRated was dumped.

I like Optimum nutrition's protein because it has a faint taste to it. I cant stand drinking sweet protein drinks.

i have optimums 100% whey right now...vanilla ice cream flavor. it doesn't taste like vanilla ice cream but it mixes well and goes down good. not too bad tasting. might try a chocolate flavor next time.

Be a man and just drink it. I would rather drink a better quality protien that tasted horrible than some candyass sweet tooth drink.

Optimum nutrition is one of my favorite, I like Pro Complex best.
