What to do if you miss a dose?

What should I do if I missed my gh doses by four days? I was out of town for a few days and just got back. Couldnt bring my gh with me so I had no choice but to skip it. Should I just keep running the normal dose? Also will it affect my gains or development from the gh cause I missed a week?

You will be fine,just resume normal doses. IGF levels may not of changed that great.

While not ideal that you missed your dosing for almost a week, it is not catastrophic either. Just resume your normal dosing scheduele.

For future reference, the increase or decrease of IGF-1 levels from the use/discontinuance of growth hormone does not happen quickly at all, but your igf-1 levels will DECREASE faster than they will increase, so keep that in mind!
