    Venison Question

I know that deer meat is a wonderful source of protein but i am wondering about deer sausage?

Does anyone make use of this in their diet? I have a link of it and a crap load of deer burger and steaks....

Am i the only one that will be chowing down on deer meat throughout the coming months?

It depends on whose making it!!! My Grandfather just made some and sent it to me. I just made sure he didn't add the sugar that he puts in everyone elses.

My family had it processed but i do not have a clue what all is involved in this process, if it has sugar than i will regretfully decline its use in my dietary approach unless i would happen to be in a tight spot.

Many people put syrup in the sausage when they make it, might want to be careful with that.
