Poly Ethelene Glycol or PEG

Hey guys,
I have some buddies that have gotten gear from their source that used to be mixed with oil but is now mixed with PEG. They are worried because now their gear is clear vs yellow tinted. The gear is Test and Winny. Is there any disadvantage or advantage to gear with PEG in it? Thanks

i believe that the only way to make winny w/ an oil base it has to inclue PEG...but be careful some ppl have llergic reactions to it. a gym buddy was fine until hi 3rd shot of winny then his arm swelled up to the size of a softball

It seems to be mixed in with the test. I am not sure of what else besides the PEG is used. Test Enanthate. The Test then looks clear. Any more advice or opinions?

my opinions are A. He doesnt know wtf he is doing homebrew-wise. B. He knows what he is doing, and he aignt using that stuff for a reason!

It could be he changed to grapeseed oil ask if he changed oils. Grapeseed is very clear not yellow but I doubt if that's the case.
