Personally i wouldn't even try to look like him. I mean he's starting to look freakish. Too much GH perhaps.

It's grilled chicken breasts with bbq sauce. Why the fries? Why not if your metabolism let's you get away with it?

If I made a video I'd be eating pizza/pasta/pussy, just to show off.

Why else do you think he's doing it?

i imagine you DLed "the cost for redemption" if so he states that the fries, flavored grits and cheese and cornbread are his OFFSEASON foods, thats still prob better then alot of other BBers off season meal options though

Small children!! lotsa protein. I used to live one floor under him in Texas about 15 years ago when I was 10. I used to have nightmares about him breaking into my house and eating me....he was a monster even then.

phatso is talking about ronnie's first video not the cost of redemption. In the first one, ronnie is eating chicken and fries 6 weeks out of the Mr. Olympia.

The one i have he is training for the 2003 olympia and the video was done in mid august of 2003 which I would of thought he would have been on his in-season diet, but I guess not.

Just a good observation made on your part in regards to RC and a good sarcastic comment made by a intelligent individual. That is all. Nothing more, nothing less. By the way, sarcasm is a sign of intelligence.

As far I possibly can OD. I am just recognizing and commending brilliant sarcasm. I am sure that SC likes it, too. Besides, SC diet is so good that the stinch is kept to a bare minimum.
