I have been dieting and doing more cardio in my workout and it has worked out but i whant to loose a few more and they wont come off any sugestions

if fat loss has stopped, either add more cardio or cut out more calories.
thanks fritz I'll try more cardio and see if i can loose those stuburn pounds that are covering my abs.
