no you don't have to workout the day you inject. sometimes it just happens that way - you inject on off days.

No, you don't "have to" work out after you inject. The gear has to get into your blood stream and be at a constant level for it to be any good. Depending on what kind of gear you are running, it could take up to 5 weeks for you to feel any difference.

It sounds like you need to do some research about a whole bunch of stuff before you consider any cycles. Please do some reading and research. Just looking out for your safety.
