Legs actually look good. If you were to "squeeze" and flex them for the photo, they would appear far bigger as well. I'd say if you cut up and posed correctly, you'd look pretty d*mn good!

It appears that you are around 14% to 15% bf. If you were to cut 10 to 12 pounds (approx 5%) of BF you would be able to see those abs and you would look much harder.
