PCT ideas after cyp/deca..

Ok, I am in my 7th week (today) of a 10 week cycle of cyp and deca. I am on arimidex 1mg every other day, if I get bloated I take a 10mg of noveldex.
1st week- 200 cyp, 200 deca
2nd-5th week 400/400
6th-9th 500cyp 350 deca
10th 500cyp 200cyp
11-12 200 cyp, read on forums that on that cycle I should run the cyp 1-2 weeks longer than the deca. The only reason that I am pulling the deca back more than the cyp is cause I have a HUGE fear of deca dick.
PCT I was going to do HCG, with some tribulus. What are some recomendations for the HCG? I have heard many diff things. Should I do 1cc a day for 5 days after, or only use 3cc of the water in the powder, and take 1cc every 4 days? That would make the 3cc's like 3,333 out of the 10,000, does that make sense? Did i read it wrong?

first I have to address the first mistake i see in your cycle. No one ramps cycles up and down anymore. This was an old school idea to help post restoration after a cycle but at best it didnt work and caused serious spikes in test levels. The point of a cycle is to maintain a consistent plasma level as much as possible so to not hinder gains and get the best gains out of a cycle as possible. If you are already going to administer PCT after a cycle then running a continuous average in mg's through out is well advised.

Second, run HCG right after you stop the last injection at 500iu's ED for 5 days. There are several HCG methods but this should be ok for you. Actually, I dont think you need HCG at this point. I would hold off on it.

Third, Here is a time chart for PCT administration.

Anadrol/Anapolan: 24 hours after last administration
Deca: 21 days after last injection
Dianabol: 24 hours after last administration
Equipoise: 21 days after last injection
Fina: 3 days after last injection
Primobolan depot: 14 days after last injection
Sustanon: 18 days after last injection
Testosterone Cypionate: 18 days after last injection
Testosterone Enanthate: 14 days after last injection
Testosterone Propionate: 3 days after last injection
Testosterone Suspension: 24 hours after last administration
Winstrol: 24 hours after last administration
