Looking good but your posing need a little tweaking. The side tricep shot could be done at a better angle and i think you are doing yourself no favours in the rear lat spread. Get em polished and you will look even better.

I'm 5'9", currently 225, arms are 18 1/4", chest is around 48" right now, quads are 27 1/2", calves are around 18". Not sure on the bf, still need to get it checked. My diet is fairly tight mon-Fri. I will say that I occasionally do a cheat meal on Wed or Thurs however its never anything like fast food or cookies or anything, usually pizza and/or pasta salad with a few slices of garlic bread, and always do a big cheat meal on Sun mornings at IHOP. I go to IHOP every ****ing Sunday I tell you, caramel apple pancakes with wipped cream and about 4 coffe's with a assload of creamer is what gets my nut off. I always try to do a cheat meal either in the morning or early afternoon, never past like 2 or 3pm. Cardio is 3-4 days a week as I'm active at my job all day and feel that 5-6 days/week will only be necessary as the show nears around 4 weeks out. My training is heavy but brief, none of this gonzo training that consists of 30 sets per muscle group. I try to force myself to stay heavy in the gym, even if I feel burnt out and tired, I will still hit it heavy for the most part. However every other week I'll take my biceps up to 15-20 reps/set, and legs are now no less than 15 reps/set, where up until last week I was still doing 6-8 reps a set. Actually, I decided to try this insane **** my buddy was telling me about where I did a 100 rep set on leg extensions, took me like 10 or 11 ****ing drops but I finally hit it out. I think I'll continue to do this at least 1 workout a month. As far as supplements go all I take is flax oil, ISS vitamin packs, ephedrine HCL, green tea, was taking Satur8 creatine which I absolutely love BTW, dropped it 3 or 4 weeks ago though due to water retention. As far as anabolics, I'm running 700 mg/ prop wk, was at 400 mg EQ wk but upped it this week to 600, next week I will drop the prop to around 300 or so, then 10 -14 days out drop the gear totally. Also hitting 200 mcg/clen a day and 75 mg tren eod, however next week I will up the tren to 100 ed. Just started 15 mg nolva this wk, as soon as I can come up with some loot I will throw in some aremidex up until the show. Still playing with the idea of hitting 50mg of IP drol 6 or 7 days out from the show, but undecided. In a perfect world I would have had some **** proviron a long time ago, and a 20 ml bottle of winny, but I guess you cant have it all.Originally Posted by ya_man

Ok, got on the scale tonight, I'm 223 with clothes on, so probably 221 or 222lbs. in posing trunks. The show is a little less than 5 1/2 weeks away. Do you guys think that the light heavy class is a little far fetched for me to get in in this time frame? I figure if I'm 222 now, figure an 8 lb water drop before the show, so that leaves me around 16 or 17 lbs to lose in 5 1/2 wks. It will be a bitch to do, but I know if I can come in right at the top of the light heavy I'll be laced. What are your thoughts, too far fetched or no???
