New to AR

Hey guys. I have been scouring the forums and decided to make my first post. I'm not new to juicing, but I am new to doing it intelligently (if thats possible)... as up until now I have just taken what I was told would work by a few of my buddies who don't know much either. Not a bodybuilder, just an athlete (martial arts (boxing jiu-jitsu muay thai) and football) Looking foward to learning from the forums and contributing what I can.

I have competed in MMA comps, but not any kickboxing... I cross train in it to keep a decent stand up game, I would say I've been training kickboxing for about a year off an on. You compete?
