Every article i've read about DNP says avoid diuretics but they all say that an ECA stack is fine to take while on DNP, but isn't caffiene a diuretic? what do you think?

....3 gallons of water is is about 25 pounds worth of water.... the normal for dnp is 1.5-2 gallons which is already a lot.... but I am yet to see a person go for that much water... I read somewhere that too much water would actually cause LSD like halucinations on some people.... and can actually kill the person don't quite remember the reason... I think it's due to massive loss of minerals from body, like potassium and magnesium.....Originally Posted by justin984
