I just wanna be clear on this so any bro with some experience on this can please fill me in.

I cheated on my girl and we broke up. Now she owes me over $800 and I have pictures of her that she wants back. Everytime she asks for the pictures, I say give me the money and you get the pictures but she won't do that. Now I know if I give her the pictures I can kiss my money goodbye and that's a lot of money for me anyways, I am just a student and I burrowed that money from somebody so I still have to pay it back. Now she's threatning me to go to the cops and get a search warrant to get the pictures so my question is, can she get a warrant for that? I have a lot of **** in here that the cops are not supposed to see. I can clean the house but rather not. So any bro with experience in this, please help a bro out. Thanks..

It's highly doubtful unless the pictures were illegal (child porn etc..). I wouldn't worry. If anything this would be a civil case.

No nothing illegal bro.. Pictures of her some naked ones though but she's 20. What I am worried about is that she might lie and say that I threatened to put them on the internet so would she get a warrant in anyway?

I dont know the laws in Canada, but I'm seriously doubting it. Threaten to take her to civil court over the money.

She can not get a search warrant to get the pictures. They are your property. She can go to court and have a court order you to return them, if she can argue that she loaned them to you or put them in your custody on a temporary basis. (Pretty hard to do.)

Go to your municipal court and go to the small claims department. It will take you about an hour to do the paperwork to file a claim for the $800. If you do not have anything in writing, you are probably SOL. In that case save your time, kiss your $800 good-bye. The law will probably not help you.

Exactly its a civil matter, I deal with this kind of stuff everyday at work.
