    thanks lion, i was just comparing your prices to the tablet form that i have available to me, and i have to say if your products are just as good then you have an unbeatable price comparison.

    I can get those in tabs for $1 each, but I use cheaper non-tab methods.

    So using that pump thingy from ARR, if I wanted a 200mcg dose, I'd fill the pump up .2 mark?

    That makes more sense. I don't think one person is buying their tabs from the local pharmacy under a script but I guess it's a reference point.

    1.234567891 = 1 gram, 234 mg, 567 mcg, 891 ng

    1 gram = 1,000 mg (milligrams) = 1,000,000 mcg (micrograms) = 1,000,000,000 ng (nanograms)

    1 mg = 1,000 mcg = 1,000,000 ng

    1 mcg = 1,000 ng

    ------

    so,

    200 mcg = .2 mg
    .2 mg = 200 mcg

    .02 mcg = 20 ng
    20 ng = .02 mcg
