I have always had a minor cheat or carb load day while cutting atleast every 7-9 days. I decided to have my 100 grams carbs PWO ans 50 grams carbs on cardio only days and rest days. I lost 7 pounds in 2 weeks. Not all fat ofcourse but my question is this for the experts. If I am going to roll along for 8-10 more weeks eating like this should I up the carbs or calories daily. Current stats are 6 foot, 191, 16-17 BF. I am consuming 2150-2350 in calories a day with 110 carbs in 2 PWO meals and 50-60 in one meal 1 hour after cardio on cardio days and on rest days for first meal. NO CARBS on workout days prior to workout, only after. I am getting new PR's in the gym, go figure.
