injections are the easiet, its all in the head bro.... but taking the right pills at the right time of the day is the hardest... right now im taking a day: Ephedrine 3x, Caffeine 3x, Aspirin 3x, 1 milk thistle, 8 trib, 4 nolva, 2 clomid, creatine 3x, 1 multi-vitamin, glutamine 3x... this is where i sometimes forget stuff

If you're going to be really anal and prepared, use excell or something. Me, i just do it in my head. Orals are a bit harder because many times its several pills at different times of the day. Get a watch alarm and a pill box to seperate which pills to take when.

Im kinda new to this, but is it smart to do Creatine and Ephedrine at the same time ?
Isnt it kinda stupid ?
Because, Creatin binds water to the muscles, when ephedrine dehydrate you

no its not stupid at all... creatine builds muscle and ECA burns fat

since when has ephedrine dehydrated your muscles?

i actually do write it on my calender. i just write some initials in the corner of each day i inject. helps me keep track of what i did and when (i.e. TE, EQ)

I use Microsoft Outlook. I use the Calender function in there to keep all the details
