    anyone going anywhere this weekend? me and mhy bros are going to mammoth to snowboard, we are leaving in a couple hours, anyone else going anywhere?

    I am going to the LA Fitness Expo on Saturday. I’ll be checking out IRON MAN PRO XVI Men's Judging, USPF Western USA Powerlifting Cup Lifting Competition, Kevin Levrone "Training for Shoulders", Roland Kickinger, MET-Rx Strongman Pro, and Bill Kazmaier (courtesty of MET-Rx) "Strength Training Tips". It should be interesting.
