winny and test prop,question ????????

one of the boys asked me ,about mixing winny and test prop and i told him wery good cycle,then he asked me about mixing them ,and i wasnt to sure since i have never done a winny included cycle,my question :can u mix them both in one needle (water and oil) ????dumb question ,but im not really sure about the answer.

Ive always been told not to mix water and oil bases

ive always been told you are able to mix water and oil juices

I am doing this cycle, and yes you can mix both.

It's fine to mix oil and water, it's all going to the same place anyways.
