    Question T3 dose while on bulker

    Is it ok to use T3 while on a bulker cycle/diet? Ive gained some fat so i figure T3 could help keep it to a minimum. And what dosage would u guys recommend?

    25mcg is good, it won't help burn fat, try lowing carbs

    i have the t3 from i*e labs, i think its 20mcg per pump. so one a day would do it?

    Why use T3 when bulking? That doesnt make sense to me. I would put on all the weight you can, the cut. Good luck.

    I'd adjust your diet first. If you're gaining too much fat try lowering your carbs and increasing your protein to make up for the lost calories. If you just wanted to take something to lower you fat while bulking you'd be better of with 40mcg of IGF-1 LR3 per day. That will help you gain muscle and keep you lean.

    This is my diet right now, bdtr hooked me up with...i want to use t3 because im putting on too much fat for my likeing. I guess i can use t3 for the next few weeks until i start my tren and winni, that should lean me out.

    Meal 1. 1 serving n large 2 in milk with oatmeal and 2 eggs (cooked)

    Meal 2. Steak, potatoes, veggies of some sort, 1/2 serving protien powder (usually whey)

    Meal 3. Ground beef, onions, peppers, mushrooms, rice.

    Meal 4. 1 serving n large 2, 1 tablespoons of olive oil, milk.


    PWO
    50 grams of whey, 150 grams of dextrose

    PPWO
    Chicken, rice, brocolli

    Meal 6. Steak, mushrooms, onions potatoes or rice of some sort.

    Meal 7. Nlarge 2 with milk, flax oil


    Meal 8, 1 cans tuna with mayo and bread

    Mid sleep snack - Cottage cheese, protien drink with milk.

    on PWO, the 150 grams of dex should be cut to 100, i only use 150 in mine cus i use quite a bit of slin PWO.

    ok thanks bdtr, and can i get dextrose from any nutrition store? I dont think i have any.

    Yes, you're in Canada like me, hit up Bulk Barn... it's about .81 a pound...

    whats bulk barn? the only places i know around here are gnc, reflex and vitamin shoppe.

    LOL.. what part of Canada are you in? Bulk Barn is a bulk foods store... they sell everything from dextrose, to flour, etc....

    If you can't find it there, some health foods stores may have it, as well as local breweries...

    Thyroid Hormones are anabolic. They increase creatine transport, androgen/GH/IGF-1/IGF-2 receptor site sensitivity. Thyroid hormones increase the rate of nutrient metabolism, absorption, and utilization. But one has to make sure to eat over 2 grams of protein for every pound they weigh, or your facing loss in muscle mass.

    I think meals 7 and 8 are the reason u r getting fat.......make meal 7 prot in water with flax, and lose the bread in meal 8..........also lose the milk in the mid sleep snack
