I got some amps in today and they seem to have an oily residue outside the amps But the amps dont seem to be broke or cracked can any ony tell me if this is normal?

yeah if its on the outside of the glass and the amps arent broke then you are fine, just clean the outside of them with some rubbing alcohol or something
