I just received some clen and T3 from lion...both came in a type of squirt bottle. Does anyone know the amount of liquid dispersed from one squirt? Would help me out a lot, thanks!

1 squirt = 1/10ml , for the clen 1 squirt = 20mcg since it is 200mcg/ml. Apply the same logic to the T3.

what is the t3 dosage information. been searching and I am unable to find
