Fellas,
When taking Slin should you adjust the amt. you take w/ the bodypart worked? For example.......It's obviously a lot more taxing on your body do complete a back workout (rows, pull-ups, deadlifts, etc.) then it is do do an arms workout (curls, extensions, hammers, etc.).
So should one lower the amt. of Slin they use according to their workout?
