    B-6 or B-12?

Does it really matter what kind of brand of B-6 or B-12 you run? Haven't been able to find cheap injectable B-6 anywhere? I used to get it from a friend of mine, but he moved out of the country. Was thinking about using a cheap brand like Nature Valley at Wal-mart? Any comments on this

injectable b6? i've never heard of this. Do not inject anything that isn't meant to be injected. This includes "nature valley" or any liquids that aren't marked "for intramuscular injection only"

Most brands are the same and I would take b-6 orally, but b-12 injectable is a better choice than b-12 oral IMO, you need to use alot more if taken orally.

Do I need to take B-12? I haven't read anywhere where the B-12, decrease the chances of gyno

B-12 is for appetite and energy it won't help with gyno
