Quick Oral Solution Question

Ok bros, I have a quick question that I couldn't exactly figure out. I have just recently recieved some liquid anavar solution. As of now the powder in the solution is seperating from the liquid and wont go back when shaken. What is the best way to go about getting the anavar back into suspension. I know heating is good, but how so. I tried holding a lighter under the glass but that didnt seem to work. Im not a chemistry wizz so I dont have a tourch collection of any kind. Any help appreciated. Thanks guys.

get a shallow pan and put some water in it. Set the glass vial in the water with the top open and boil the water until the solution suspends

Often times boiling water is not even needed, just hot water from the tap works.

What concentration did you make it?

I didnt make it, but it is at 20mg per ml.
