    flax oil pills...1000mg each

    Found a bottle in my house so gonna use these until i run out then gonna use liquid. But my question is...if they are 1000mg pills. how many would i have to take to equal 1 tbsp

    1000mg = 1g

    1 tbsp flax seed oil = 14g of fat


    So you need to take 14 caps

    im mean when u r into traveling...u gotta take 14 pills at the same time? or during day?
