flaxseed oil question

how should i take it. right now im just drinkin like a shot. can i put it in a protein shake or in any other type of drink.

Should be fine if you mix it with your protein shake, thats what I do

Some guys put it on toast...in their tuna...w/e they think is good...

The shot idea seems fine, as well as a shake...as long as u get it in thurrr...

I love it on my tuna before bed....it gives the tuna a nutty flavor
