    No, but i used to have a pen gun. Classified as AOW, just needed a tax stamp.

    It's not a zipgun though, its an actual pengun. Looks identical to a pen, manufactured legally, not some homeade job.

    I know that...same concept its just made to look like a pen...Just like that one was made to look like a cell phone...But when you strip it down its just a zip gun

    I am curiousm, did the barrel have rifling or was it smooth bore?

    Not that rifling on such a short barrel must make much of a difference...

    It was a rifled barrel.

    It was pretty acurate up to 20 feet if you could aim it lol.

    Ya they really have no use unless you need to get up close and personal to someone.....

    My dads welder thought it would be funny to make one big enough to fit a .357 bullet one time....Friggin thing almost fellew out of my hand....lol

    Wow, sound like a nifty toy too bed one of those would get ya 20 years here...

    Made a few 22 zip guns in my youth... last one we made fired a 410 shotshell, but we botched the job... thing blew up in our faces the third time we shot it. We were darn lucky nobody was hurt (well, other than out ego).
