I've done two cycles before and got some stretch marks by my armpits (chest area). My friend said you can prevent them by using cocoa butter in areas prone to theme. I was wondering where else people have gotten them to try to prevent new ones??

wrong forum....bring this to the AR spa
but its to my knowledge that they dont go away....just wait to the summer and tan them and it should help them not be so obvious
thanks
You are right though. THe cocoa butter will help with stretchmarks a little. I have worked with pregnant women in PT who swear by it for the same reason just different areas. Good luck man
where else are stretch marks common??
Everywhere........Originally Posted by cFIRES670
im talkin most common areas? where have you mainly gotten them?
Chest, under arms, lats, love handles, lower back, back of knees, inner thighs. Anywhere that you skin stretches......Originally Posted by cFIRES670
I wonder if women can get stretch marks in their pussies!?! I'd check the next time I dig one.![]()

You'll get them front delts, outer pecs, top of quads near hips, arms around the bis more likely then the tris. but you could get them anywhere,
basically you get them no matter what, or are there other ways to prevent them besides cocoa butter?
Grow slowly... keep well hydrated....
I heard cocoa butter works the best.Originally Posted by cFIRES670

i dont tan for ****, when you say grow slowly, do you mean lower doses for longer periods of time or....
No. If you run gear, you'll grow quicker no matter what (or at least you should)... if you're worries about marks, lay off the gear....Originally Posted by cFIRES670
People that run gear (and grow quickly) give their skin less time to adjust, therefore, a higher propensity to get stretch marks.....
yeah too late for that,on third cycle, but first stack. Luckily ive only gotten them on my chest. I'm not really one to use much lotion and **** but am really intersted in preventing them since i heard they were permanent.
during severe cases can they look ridiculous and completely obvious , and is that just part of juicin
They are permanent. There are laser surgeries for them though...
Not much you can do, except grow slow and steady, keep well hydrated, and properly moisturize.... you can even use a body wash with cocoa butter in it daily....
i appreciate your help man
Stretch marks are part of growth. However, take a close look at most competitors........Originally Posted by cFIRES670

you got em?
Fukk yeah.... alot of us do lol....Originally Posted by cFIRES670

it is just a part of workingout in general. personalyy i stretch more when im not an any juice compared to when i am on. and i definalty grow like 5x more when im on juice but dont really stretch due to water retention. its mostly about water if your dry you are more prone to stretch if your saturated then youll most likley not stretch as much. also it is genetics, with the type of skin you have.
the size aint comin as fast as i was hopin this time, good diet too
What does your diet look like? A critique could benefit you...Originally Posted by cFIRES670

Yeah, definitely needs alot of work....Originally Posted by cFIRES670

You need to eat 6 meals or so a day, evenly spaced out as well....
Diet is the key bro, seriously, you should work on it.....
i know that wasn't too descriptive what i said, but i do eat every two hours and try to calculate protein and calories, and just cant think of too many things to cook and bring with me

Are you asking what the difference is between protein powders and whole foods?
honestly i really appreciate the advice youve been giving, im going to try to focus more on real foods
do you grow that much more from natural foods is what i meant?
I have them under my armpits between my delts and pecs too, one of them looks like I have flesh eating diseasewould really like to fix those... I have some less noticeable ones above my glutes too
i actually have them on the sides of my neck too
Protein is protein. What whey and such lack, is the other nutrients you receive from whole foods....Originally Posted by cFIRES670

im going to for sure, so diet is the key to growth then?, its not like i dont know much, i just want to know what really helps others?
Diet is the biggest part bro, don't let anyone tell you differently.Originally Posted by cFIRES670

is it also better to do 3 sets, 10-15 reps as opposed to more weight and less reps for growth, my buddies been jucin for years, he reccommends it?
Nah, I prefer low (6-8) reps for 3-4 sets for strength and mass... you have to find what works for you.....Originally Posted by cFIRES670
