i am a diabetic using m1t and insulin for mass gains.
i am on day 3 of this.
i am yet to feel much of an effect, people say im filling out well..
i am already 5'10'' 222.. with approx 13-14% BF.
in this thread i am going to make daily posts letting others know about how this works for such people as me, a diabetic.
10mg of m1t taken 3 times daily (10am, 3pm, 7pm) = 30mg
Post-Workout Insulin Injection: 27 Units of Humalog
105-120 carbs, 55-60g protein, approx. 3g fat, 10g creatine monohydrate.
since i missed the first 2 days of m1t usage for this journal.. i will begin with today, day 3..
so far m1t is interesting, this 4 week cycling period will be an interesting read... and a new, different experiance for myself!! i am expecting some mad size and strength gains.
DAY 3:
7:30am - 7.9 blood sugar - 20 units Humalog / 54 units Humulin N.
Food: 75g Carbs, 35g Protein (approx).
10:00am - 5.4 blood sugar - 6 units humalog - 10mg M1T
Food: 80g Carbs, 35g Protein.
10:30am to 12:00 noon - TRAINING - shoulders (felt a mad ass pump today)
12:15pm (Post-Workout) - 2.9 blood sugar - 26 units Humalog - 10g creatine.
110 carbs, 55-60g protein.
1:30pm - 5.1 blood sugar - 33g carbs, 15g protein
2:00pm - brisk walk on treadmill 50mins
3:00pm - 2.1 blood sugar
55 carbs, 20g protein
5:00pm - 2.0 blood sugar - 16 units humalog - 10mg M1T
95g carbs, 50g protein
7:00pm - 15.4 blood sugar - 20units humalog - 10mg M1T
I'll eat when i get low..
basically thats been today so far - messy.. i know.
its difficult, but i have definately put an inch on my arms since i began bulking up about 3 weeks ago. i love insulin - so powerful!!
