Just wanted to make a poll to see how much everyone eats after their workout. I personally eat 400-600 calories after my workout. I always drink a Isopure for 40 grams of good quality protein. For my carbs I get about 80 grams along with about 7-10 grams of fat.
What about you guys?
Edit...I changed my calories, being the smart person I am I actually counted the carbs as 9 calories per gram even though I know it was 4 lol, my mistake. I was wondering why I was so amazed that I ate 1,000 calories after workout![]()
